The site is a raised bed approx. 12ft. wide on the west and
south sides of the Goddard Center Art Studios. This is a "50's Modern"
style brick building with a flat roof. It is 15 ft . tall from the bed to the
roof. Their are few windows separated by 12ft. sections of blank wall. A floodlight
has been placed at the center of each blank section at the sidewalk side of
the raised bed . The sculptures will be placed in these areas. There are spaces
for about 8 or 9 pieces as well as at least one or more good places for some
wall sculptures. Across the street on the South are offices and a small apartment
complex. across the street on the West is a beautiful old gray, stone Episcopal
Church. These are heavily traveled streets
in downtown Ardmore.
